ThinkAI workshops One-day, hands-on engagements

Start with one useful day.

A practical starting point for SMB leaders who know AI matters but are not ready for a long transformation engagement or an ongoing advisory commitment.

A smaller commitment. Real work.

ThinkAI Workshops are live, instructor-led working sessions for business owners, executives, and other leaders. You do not need a technical background.

Each workshop is a private learning session for your organization. AI Fluency is the natural starting point if your group is still getting comfortable with the tools and the judgment required to use them well. AI Builder is the natural follow-up, whether it happens the next day or months later.

Workshops start at $6,000, plus travel and expenses. Live, in-person delivery is the default. Virtual delivery is available when the goals, group, and format make it appropriate.

Current topics

Build the capability your team needs next.

AI Fluency builds the foundation. AI Builder follows when participants have the hands-on fluency to build, whether that is the next day or months later.

01 / Foundation

AI Fluency Workshop

Learn how current AI work tools handle jobs and tasks, how to provide useful context, and how to review the work with sound judgment.

Best for people who know AI matters but still feel uncertain about what is real, which tool to use, or how to get reliable results.

AI Builder Workshop

Bring a real, repeating problem from your work and spend the day building a working automation or agent around it with direct guidance from a senior practitioner.

Most groups should begin with AI Fluency. You can start here when participants already use AI confidently, understand basic automations, and can work in tools such as Claude Cowork, Codex, and GitHub.

Let's find the right starting point.

We will talk through your current AI experience and the work you want to improve. The goal is to identify the right starting point, not reserve a date or make a decision on the spot.

Need a different workshop?

ThinkAI can develop custom curriculum around a specific need. Pricing is set individually after an initial conversation.

Discuss Custom Curriculum

Before you book

Workshop requirements and responsibilities.

Your organization provides the room, equipment, connectivity, food, and a group of 6 to 8 people who can participate for the full day.

Participants

The workshop is designed for 6 to 8 participants, which provides a strong balance of peer learning and direct coaching. Everyone should plan to attend the full day. Drop-ins are discouraged, and partial-day participation should be arranged in advance.

Room and A/V

You provide one private room with comfortable seating for the participants and facilitator, a 1080p minimum display or projector (4K preferred), reliable Wi-Fi for everyone, power at every seat, and a whiteboard or large paper pad with markers.

Food and beverage

You provide a catered lunch in the room from noon to 1:00 PM, plus coffee, tea, other beverages, and snacks throughout the day. Share dietary needs in advance.

Logistics and policies.

Review what to expect, what your organization provides, and the policies that apply to every ThinkAI workshop.

Schedule

Workshops run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the booked date. Lunch is 12:00 to 1:00 PM, with two short breaks splitting the morning and afternoon. Multi-day bookings run on consecutive days unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Class size

Workshops are designed for 6 to 8 participants. Everyone should plan to attend the full day. Drop-ins are discouraged, and observers are not included, though a workshop sponsor is welcome to stop by briefly. If anyone will participate for only part of the day, let us know in advance and, when possible, keep at least six participants in the room throughout the workshop.

Pre-workshop intake

For workshops that involve building around participants' own problems, including AI Builder, ThinkAI holds an intake call with the sponsor one week in advance. We use it to confirm participant problems, expectations, access, and data preparation. If the pre-work is incomplete, ThinkAI will tell the sponsor directly.

Room and A/V

Your organization provides:

  • A private conference or training room for 6 to 8 participants plus the facilitator.
  • A large-screen TV or projector, 1080p minimum and 4K strongly preferred.
  • Reliable Wi-Fi for the facilitator and every participant.
  • Power at every seat.
  • A whiteboard or large paper pad with markers.

Food and beverage

Your organization provides catered service in the room:

  • Lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
  • Coffee, tea, and other beverages throughout the day.
  • Snacks throughout the day.
  • Dietary needs confirmed in advance.

Travel and expenses

Workshop fees cover delivery only. Travel, lodging, meals, and ground transportation are billed separately at cost, with receipts. For locations local to ThinkAI's home base, travel and expenses may be waived in the statement of work.

What's included

  • Live, instructor-led delivery by a senior ThinkAI practitioner.
  • Printed reference guides and digital handouts.
  • Practical skills aligned with the workshop objectives.
  • Automations, agents, or other digital deliverables may be included based on the curriculum and learning objectives.
  • A 30-day check-in call with the workshop sponsor.
  • One 30-minute remote follow-up session with the group within 90 days.

What's not included

  • Travel and expenses, which are billed at cost.
  • Custom curriculum beyond the published topic, available as a separate engagement.
  • Ongoing implementation support after the 90-day follow-up. Fractional Chief AI Officer or full transformation services can pick up there when appropriate.

Recording and intellectual property

ThinkAI records audio of in-person workshops using its own professional equipment. In-person video recording is not offered. You may decline recording in advance. For virtual workshops delivered through Zoom, ThinkAI hosts and records the session.

Before recording, the facilitator announces it and gives participants the opportunity to opt out. The facilitator may pause, stop, or edit the recording at any participant's request. ThinkAI delivers the recording to your workshop sponsor within 10 business days.

Recordings are licensed for your organization's internal use only and may not be redistributed, posted publicly, or shared with third parties without written permission. Printed guides and digital handouts may be circulated within your organization. ThinkAI's methodology, frameworks, and materials remain ThinkAI intellectual property licensed for your organization's internal use only.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you cancel

  • More than 30 days before: full workshop-fee refund; non-refundable travel costs already incurred are billed at cost.
  • 15 to 30 days before: 50% workshop-fee refund; travel and expenses already incurred are billed at cost.
  • Less than 15 days before: no refund because the date, materials, and travel are committed.

If you reschedule

  • 15 to 30 days out: rescheduling with a 25% rebooking fee.
  • Less than 15 days out: treated as a cancellation under the schedule above, plus a new booking at standard pricing.

Cancellation by ThinkAI

If illness, emergency, or force majeure requires ThinkAI to cancel, you receive a full refund of the workshop fee and may reschedule at no additional fee.

Groups smaller than six

Groups of 6 to 8 generally provide the strongest discussion and peer learning. If fewer than six participants are confirmed 14 days before the workshop, ThinkAI reserves the right to reschedule or issue a refund.
