Audit your current setup
We review your existing tenant (or plan a new one), check security settings, and document what needs to change.
Every business gets the same out-of-the-box setup. Insecure sharing permissions, no backup, and retention settings that don't match your actual requirements. We configure M365 the way it should have shipped.
Most businesses buy M365 licenses and start using them. Nobody touches the thousands of admin settings spread across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, and the Security and Compliance centers. Deleted emails disappear after 14 days by default. SharePoint and OneDrive files get 93 days in the recycle bin, then they're gone. There's no real backup. Retention policies aren't configured the way your compliance team assumes they are.
This isn't your fault. Microsoft builds the platform. They don't configure it for your business.
| Microsoft 365 (out of the box) | Microsoft 365 + TTG | |
|---|---|---|
| Security settings | Defaults (many insecure) | Hardened with our standard tenant config, pushed programmatically |
| Backup | None. Microsoft doesn't back up your data. | Backed up every 8 hours via Datto (max allowed by the Graph Backup API) |
| Retention & compliance | Deleted emails: 14 days. Deleted files: 93 days. Then gone. | Configured to match your actual business and legal requirements |
| Sharing permissions | Default settings are more permissive than most businesses realize | Locked down to match your org's actual sharing needs |
| Monitoring & response | Thousands of log entries per day. Nobody reading them. | SaaS Alerts watches your tenant around the clock. Suspicious activity triggers the Rocket Cyber SOC in Miami. Real analysts, 24/7/365. |
| Migration | Self-service (good luck) | Planned, tested, and executed with zero-downtime cutover |
| Training | YouTube videos | Live workshop before go-live, weekly office hours for 30 days after |
| Ongoing support | Tier-one phone tree | Direct access to senior engineers. Microsoft Solutions Partner means we skip tier-one. |
We review your existing tenant (or plan a new one), check security settings, and document what needs to change.
We push our hardened tenant configuration programmatically. Sharing permissions, conditional access, retention policies, compliance settings. All configured to match your business requirements, not Microsoft's defaults.
Email, files, calendars. We've migrated entire organizations from hosted Exchange, Google Workspace, and on-prem servers. We plan the cutover and execute it.
The day before go-live, we run a hands-on workshop. Bring your laptop. We install OneDrive, connect your SharePoint libraries, and walk through the daily workflows you'll actually use.
Weekly one-hour office hours for 30 days after migration. Then a 30-day follow-up to catch the questions that only surface after you've been living in the system.
We don't offer Google Workspace or a menu of alternatives. M365 is our standard. Every managed services client runs it. That focus means we know it cold.
We don't click through admin panels. Our standard tenant config is scripted and pushed consistently across every client. Same security baseline, every time.
Microsoft doesn't back up your data. We use Datto to back up email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams every 8 hours — the maximum frequency the Microsoft Graph Backup API allows. If something gets deleted or encrypted, we restore it.
SaaS Alerts monitors your tenant in real time and feeds it to the Rocket Cyber SOC in Miami. Real analysts, 24/7/365. If an account gets compromised at 2 AM on a Saturday, it gets locked down before you wake up.
We talk about your retention requirements, your legal obligations, and your industry regulations. Then we configure M365 to match. Not the other way around.
We ran our own hosted Exchange platform for years before migrating every client to M365. We know what can go wrong because we've done it at scale.
SMB cloud specialization. When we call Microsoft support, we skip tier-one and go straight to an engineer who can fix things.
We'll audit your current setup and show you what needs to change. No commitment, no pitch deck. Just a clear picture of where you stand.
