We're 20 people spread across Florida. The Ocala crew comes into the office. South Florida is remote. Everyone else is hybrid, a couple days a week depending on how things are going.
You spend more waking hours with coworkers than with your family most weeks. We think that should be a good thing. So we hire people we genuinely like working with, people who respect each other, work hard, and don't take themselves too seriously. When that dynamic is right, the work gets better. When it's not, everyone's miserable. We protect it.
The schedule stays 8 to 5 as much as possible. On-call rotates through the team about every 10 weeks, so you're looking at five or six stretches a year. And when life happens, because it always does, we figure it out. Soccer games, piano recitals, sick kids, bad days. Treating adults like adults is not complicated.

You're the person clients call when something's broken — and you actually fix it. You learn their names, their setups, and what matters to their business. Dispatch keeps the queue organized so you can focus on solving problems, not managing a list.
Migrations, buildouts, infrastructure overhauls — the work that changes how a business runs. You're involved from design through go-live, not just handed a spec. When it's done, you can see the difference you made.
You're the person clients trust to look out for them. You learn how their business works, build their three-year technology roadmap, and make sure we're solving the right problems — not just the loudest ones. You're the face of Think to the people we serve.
You make sure the team has what it needs and nothing falls through the cracks. Dispatch, procurement, licensing, billing — the work that lets everyone else focus on helping clients. When things run smoothly, it's because of you.
