Normally I don't like calling I.T. type places, because it can be awkward and quiet while they remote in and diagnosis the issue. The Engineer that helped me was extremely nice and made the whole experience better. He had a great personality and CS skills, along with quickly diagnosing my issue, and ensuring it was resolved and taken care of.

Jeremy is as always very pleasant to work with, I've used Macs for years and he still managed to teach me something. I'm a graphic designer and while I'm aware of a computers responsiveness, I don't typically watch those numbers in real time. Activity monitor is a way to do that and I now have it open on my screen to monitor memory usages and CPU activity. He's inquisitive and thorough. Give Jeremy a raise, he deserves it.
