Normally I don't like calling I.T. type places, because it can be awkward and quiet while they remote in and diagnosis the issue. The Engineer that helped me was extremely nice and made the whole experience better. He had a great personality and CS skills, along with quickly diagnosing my issue, and ensuring it was resolved and taken care of.

One of my favorite things about Think Technologies Group is their customer service. If I have an issue and email it over to them, the longest I've ever waited for a response is an hour and most often I'm contacted within minutes. Their service department has a very thorough and transparent way of tracking their communication with clients, are incredibly knowledgeable, and have really become friends of ours. They may be taking care of a hundred other clients, but you always feel like you have their complete attention.
I called their emergency number and they got me in touch with one of their on-call techs who went above and beyond taking care of my request. I am extremely pleased with this company's responsiveness.
