Q·01 How fast can you recover a failed server?
Fifteen minutes for local virtualization. The backup image is stored in a format that boots natively, so there's no conversion step and no waiting. For a full site recovery in the cloud, two to four hours depending on how many servers and how complex the environment.
Q·02 How long does it take to start backups for a new client?
Day one. If we need to reboot servers overnight, day two at the latest. Cloud replication takes a couple weeks for the initial seed depending on your internet connection. For large environments, we can seed with a physical drive.
Q·03 Does Microsoft back up my data?
No. Microsoft provides infrastructure redundancy, meaning their own hardware failures won't lose your data. But if someone deletes files, an account gets compromised, or data is corrupted, that's on you. Microsoft's documentation is clear about this. We back up your entire M365 tenant every 8 hours — the maximum frequency the Microsoft Graph Backup API allows.
Q·04 What does "infinite retention" mean?
We don't delete old backups. If you need a file from two years ago, it's there. Most providers age out backups after 30, 60, or 90 days. We keep everything.

Your data is already replicated to two data centers on opposite coasts of the US. We spin up your servers in the cloud, your team connects remotely, and you're operational within hours. When you rebuild, we migrate everything back to on-premise hardware.
