ThinkAI workshop AI Fluency

Stop being mystified. Start using AI well.

In one day, move from knowing AI matters to assigning useful work, providing context, and reviewing results. No technical background required.

Who this workshop is for.

AI Fluency is for business owners, executives, and other leaders who want to understand AI well enough to use it with confidence and sound judgment.

We assume you are capable, time-constrained, and looking for practical guidance from real practitioners. We do not assume a technical background.

The day focuses on the tools, techniques, and judgment you can use at work, not vendor pitches or future-of-work theater.

Curriculum.

How AI work has changed from writing prompts to assigning jobs, supplying context, and reviewing completed work.

How to turn a real business job into a clear task with an outcome, source material, constraints, permissions, and review criteria.

Context engineering: connecting AI to the communication, storage, meeting, and business systems that hold your organization’s information, such as Microsoft 365 and Slack.

Configuring personalization and safety settings, including preferences, memory, data retention, privacy, sharing, and organization-controlled access.

Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork, and Gemini Spark: how each handles multi-step work, connected tools, and finished deliverables.

Delegating safely with clear data boundaries, access, approvals, and human accountability for the result.

Reviewing AI work for factual errors, weak reasoning, bias, missing context, and confident nonsense.

Applying these skills to your own work and identifying the first jobs you are ready to delegate.

Scope boundary

What we deliberately skip.

Codex deep dives, API integrations, sub-agents, orchestration loops, and production automation belong in the AI Builder Workshop. AI Fluency focuses on configuring and using AI work tools well.
