Ricardo Achong is a Club IT Specialist at Think Technologies Group, where he serves as a trusted technology partner to South Florida's country club and hospitality sectors. As one of Think's key client-facing engineers, Ricardo delivers the white-glove service that turns complex IT challenges into seamless experiences.

Ricardo's career has prepared him uniquely for the exacting standards of private clubs. At Christ Fellowship Church, he managed technology across 10 campuses and over 1,000 devices, serving as lead engineer for Apple operations while coordinating AV deployment for high-stakes events. At Nova Southeastern University's Health Professions Division, he led campus-wide HIPAA-compliant initiatives, proving his ability to balance enterprise-scale projects with uninterrupted service delivery.

At Think, Ricardo brings comprehensive expertise spanning Apple and Dell systems, Microsoft enterprise tools, and advanced networking. His recent 3CX certification positions him as Think's go-to specialist for unified communications, helping clubs modernize phone systems without disrupting member experiences.

Outside of work, Ricardo explores his passion for anime, experiments with new recipes, and serves as Director of Audio/Visual at his church, proof that great technology enhances experiences without stealing the spotlight.
