About Lauren Ryan

Lauren Ryan is the Office Operations Manager at Think Technologies Group, where she serves as the operational backbone and strategic partner to executive leadership. She is the rare professional who thrives in both the day-to-day details and the high-level strategic discussions that shape how the company scales and the team thrives.

Before joining Think, Lauren honed her skills in marketing and communications, working with collegiate athletics at Boise State University and managing brand strategy at InCom. That experience taught her something invaluable: technology is only as good as the people implementing it and the processes supporting it.

Lauren's role starts at the very beginning. She conducts the hiring and onboarding of every team member, ensuring they are not just technically proficient but also aligned with Think's culture of senior-level expertise and genuine client service. She is the architect of thinkVoIP's white-glove experience, personally building customized systems, packaging phones, coordinating on-site setups, and providing hands-on training before transitioning clients to ongoing engineering support.

As an extension of the executive team, Lauren sets the professional cadence that defines how Think partners with clients, vendors, and referral partners. She translates executive vision into operational reality while keeping leadership grounded in what is actually happening on the ground. Outside of work, you will find Lauren enjoying time with family and friends, always ready for the next adventure or challenge that keeps life interesting.
