Before joining Think in 2017, Adam was instrumental in the rapid growth of a South Florida managed services firm, where he built and scaled the engineering team from two to fifty professionals and designed the operational frameworks that fueled sustainable expansion. This hands-on experience, from infrastructure design to operational optimization, laid the foundation for his expertise in transforming IT delivery models.
