One of my favorite things about Think Technologies Group is their customer service. If I have an issue and email it over to them, the longest I’ve ever waited for a response is an hour and most often I’m contacted within minutes. Their service department has a very thorough and transparent way of tracking their communication with clients, are incredibly knowledgeable, and have really become friends of ours. They may be taking care of a hundred other clients, but you always feel like you have their complete attention.

My company has been using Think Technologies Group since I started in 2017. Any time we have had an IT issue, the service received is outstanding. Every person who works at Think Technologies Group is professional, courteous and outstanding at their job.
