How to Select your Default Signature with


If the professional IT engineers from Think Technologies Group migrated your email to, then your signatures have been copied over, but still need to be manually selected by you.

Selecting your Default Signature

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File Options
  3. Click Mail Signatures
  4. On the right, click the drop down next to New Messages and select your default signature. If you would like, you can repeat this from Replies/forwards. Then click OK.
  5. You will need to click OK again.
  6. To verify this is working, create a new email and verify your default signature is populating.
